These terms apply to the Survivor Souls game and this website. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (App Store) or the Google Play Terms of Service (Google Play) also apply.
The game
You get a personal, non-transferable right to play the game for your own, non-commercial use. Do not cheat, reverse engineer the game, or use it to break the law.
Virtual items
Ember Shards, Souls and other in-game items have no money value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are final, except where the law or the store gives you a refund right.
Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. The reward comes only after an ad finishes.
Changes and availability
We can change, update or end the game or parts of it. We try to give notice of big changes.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
