Survivor Souls

Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026. Kept in sync with the game's privacy labels (Docs/PRIVACY_LABELS.md).

Survivor Souls ("the game") is made by an independent developer. This page tells you what data the game collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how you can delete it. Questions: privacy@survivorsouls.com.

Who the game is for

The game is for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you think a child gave us data, write to us and we delete it.

Your choices

Who receives data

Unity Technologies (analytics, accounts, cloud save, purchases, LevelPlay ad mediation), Apple and Google (purchases, sign-in), and the ad networks that LevelPlay uses. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data. We share the advertising id with ad networks only as described above.

How long data is kept

Delete your data

In the game: Settings > Delete account. This deletes your cloud save, your game account and your progress on the phone, and asks Unity Analytics to delete your usage data. Without the app: use the account deletion form. We finish requests within 30 days. Purchases already made are not refunded.

This website

This site sets no cookies and has no trackers or analytics. It stores data only when you send the account deletion form (player id, account type, e-mail, note) or join the launch list (below). Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots; Cloudflare processes your IP address for this. A hashed copy of your IP address is kept for one hour to limit abuse.

Launch list

When you leave your e-mail on the home page, we store the address, the phone you picked (iPhone or Android, if you picked one) and the time you signed up, in our Cloudflare database. We use it only to send you one e-mail when Survivor Souls launches. We do not share or sell it, and it is not linked to your game account. We delete the list after the launch e-mail has gone out. To be removed earlier, write to support@survivorsouls.com from that address.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA), you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, and you can object to its use. Write to privacy@survivorsouls.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

All data goes over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The services store it on their own secured systems.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Big changes are also shown in the game.
